Your doctor has enrolled you into the PfizerFlex Patient Support Program to help you better manage your condition and get the most out of your new medication.

We work directly with you and your doctor

Living with a medical condition comes with its own unique set of challenges. PfizerFlex helps by working directly with you and your doctor to customize your services.

1-on-1 support

A personal Care Coach will be assigned to you
Your PfizerFlex Care Coach is a qualified nurse who will be your single point of contact, dedicated to your care every step of the way. Your Care Coach will be there from the start, working to get to know you personally and understand your specific support needs.

Your PfizerFlex Care Coach will contact you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of receiving your doctor’s enrollment request.

The welcome call is a chance for you and your PfizerFlex Care Coach to get to know each other. They’ll ask you about your

Condition and medication history
Reimbursement options and financial needs
Personal and treatment goals
Any other questions you may have

Most importantly, they’ll work to figure out how PfizerFlex can best support you!

Check that you have the following items needed for your call
Medication history
Tip: you can ask your pharmacist for a list
Insurance information
Tip: you’ll need the name of your insurance provider and the contract or policy number
